  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the results of your teeth whitening treatment, please reach out to us within 7 days of your service. Contact us at [email protected] with your concerns. We offer complimentary touch-up services or adjustments as needed to meet your expectations.

  • Refunds for Services: Due to the nature of our teeth whitening services, we cannot offer traditional returns. However, under certain circumstances where the service did not meet the promised results, we may offer a partial refund. Each case will be evaluated individually, and clients must initiate this process by contacting our support team as outlined above.

If you have purchased any teeth whitening products from us, the following return policy applies:

  • Return Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us at 1915 Baseline Rd Suite 101, Ottawa, ON K2C 0C7, Canada. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods beyond teeth whitening products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have concerns about specific items.

  • Exchanges: To exchange a product, return the original item using the process outlined above, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:


Once we receive and inspect your returned product or evaluate your service concern, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
